To join their successful regional team, they are seeking a highly motivated BIM Coordinator/Manager with a proven track record and knowledge in Building Information Modelling.
Duties will include:
Driving and delivering the BIM process
Co-ordinating and interfacing with external and internal design teams using Revit & Navisworks
Creating and capturing BIM data
Working closely with site teams to connect BIM with on-site activities
Identifying and minimising potential risks or clashes
As the BIM lead for the region, you will be the main source of contact between clients, design teams and managers on a wide range of schemes assisting and advising on BIM processes and developments. A sound communicator, you will be competent in presenting, preparing and implementing BIM support and models.
You should have a solid career history ideally within a Main Contracting or construction consultancy environment, excellent technical construction knowledge and strong communication and leadership skills.
You must have specialist knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, sound understanding of BIM standards BS1192 & ISO 19650 alongside experience with COBIE.
